Privacy Policy – AI Copilot for Tri Coaches

Lime Dolphin Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”) develops the AI Copilot for Tri Coaches, a training assistant that connects with fitness platforms such as Garmin Connect to generate summaries and recommendations for coaches and athletes.

We respect your privacy and handle all training data in compliance with applicable data-protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

We do not collect or store personal identity information such as your name, email address, or contact details from Garmin Connect.

When you authorize our application, we receive only training-related data, including:

• Workout summaries (type, duration, distance, pace, power, HR, HRV, cadence, calories, sleep, recovery)
• Training timestamps and activity IDs
• Device type and firmware version (for performance context only)

This information is used strictly for analytical purposes and never for user identification.

We process the above data solely to:

• Generate performance summaries and trend reports
• Provide automated recommendations to coaches and athletes
• Evaluate training load, recovery, and readiness
• Improve our algorithms (using aggregated and anonymized data only)
   

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third party for marketing or advertising.

• All data is transmitted over encrypted channels.
• Stored data is anonymized and encrypted at rest.
• Access is limited to authorized personnel under strict confidentiality.
• Data is kept only as long as required for the pilot project or as requested by the user.
   

Data is not shared with Garmin or any external service beyond what is technically required to maintain your connection to Garmin Connect.
Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be used internally to improve system performance.

You can revoke Lime Dolphin’s access to your Garmin Connect account at any time through Garmin’s user settings.
Upon revocation or deletion request, all associated activity data are permanently erased from our systems within 30 days.

Processing of training data occurs only under your explicit consent when linking your Garmin Connect account.
Our legitimate interest is limited to operating and improving the service.

You may request at any time to:

• View a summary of your data processed by Lime Dolphin
• Delete all associated records
• Withdraw consent for data processing

All data are processed on secure servers within the EU to provide adequate data-protection standards under GDPR.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect service or legal changes.
